Cancellation & No Show Policy
Out of respect to our staff and for all our clients that could have gotten an appointment and weren't able to we require that you give at least 24 hours notice for canceling an appointment. This allows time for another client to be offered your appointment time.
Repeated late cancellations, will require future appointments to be booked by calling and you may be asked to pay for the appointment in advance.
Future appointments for a repeated “NO SHOWS” will not be allowed to be booked online, but may call to schedule an appointment AND will be asked to pay for the appointment in advance to reserve it. Pre-payment is non-refundable if you miss the appointment.
Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and will be subject to the cancellation/no show policy.
If you are late for an appointment, we reserve the right to take the next client waiting OR may not be able to complete the entire service you requested.
Our business is appointment based. When you book an appointment, Bare Necessity makes sure your Esthetician will be here for your appointment, and ready, with respect for you and your time. Please be respectful of our other clients and Esthetician’s time.
